2. Products
All our products are prepared with care and attention to detail.
As our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, decoration, size and colour may occur. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes, and the finished product may vary slightly from the images shown.
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. If an error is identified, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
3. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website, subject to product availability.
Please ensure that all order details, including product selections, quantities, delivery addresses and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order but does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including stock availability or an error in the information provided.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where a genuine pricing error needs to be addressed appropriately.
5. Postal Orders and Dispatch
Postal bake orders are dispatched on our advertised postage dates.
Please check the product page and delivery information before placing your order to ensure you understand the expected dispatch date.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our postal bakes. This service aims to deliver on the next working day after posting but is not guaranteed.
Please note that the dispatch date is not the same as the delivery date. Delivery may be affected by weekends, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.
We will take reasonable care to package your order appropriately for transit. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if an order is lost, damaged or not delivered as agreed.
6. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
If a parcel is delayed, missing or returned to us, please contact us so we can look into the issue and discuss the available options.
7. Storage and Product Quality
Our postal bakes are freshly prepared and should be stored according to the storage instructions supplied with your order.
Please follow any instructions regarding refrigeration, room-temperature storage, freezing and best-before dates.
Once your parcel arrives, we recommend opening it promptly and storing the products as directed.
We cannot guarantee product quality if storage instructions are not followed. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product was already faulty or unsuitable when supplied.
8. Allergens and Food Safety
We take food safety and allergen information seriously.
Product descriptions and allergen information should be checked carefully before placing an order. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering to discuss the ingredients and suitability of our products.
Our products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be handled. Although we take care to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of other allergens unless explicitly confirmed.
Please do not order a product if you are unsure whether it is suitable for your dietary needs.
